Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags and minimalist packaging are included.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
